Leonard J. Volk, Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry, Arizona State University and a B.S. in Chemistry, University of Florida. Mr. Volk is a Ph.D. research chemist with 14 years' experience in fracturing materials, electric and gamma ray logging research. In his capacity as Senior Research Scientist at the Amoco Production Research Facility, he was responsible for performing research in fracturing materials, especially with relation to fracture conductivity and fluid loss, and represented Amoco on industrial consortia and the American Petroleum Institute. His accomplishments were many and included serving as chairman of the API subcommittee on a long-term conductivity evaluation and helping to write API RP-56, RP-60, & RP-61 frac sand specifications.

Robert L. Drake, graduate of Northwestern State University 1968 with majors in Industrial Education and Physical Education. After serving in the Army in Vietnam, he entered the oil drilling industry. For the past 26 years he has been involved in all phases of management of business, dealing with construction materials, and has extensive knowledge in locating and developing natural deposits and processing requirements.

Aaron Beisel, graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a B.S. Degree in Industrial Arts and Music. Army training as a metallurgist provided him with further research and development capabilities. He has more than 25 years' experience as a farmer and rancher in Fargo, Oklahoma. Mr. Beisel owns and operates a research facility, where he conducts research for outsiders. He has also been granted several patents. His patented Flail-Vac has been successfully marketed throughout the United States and in several foreign nations. Mr. Beisel will be responsible for overseeing the design and engineering of the processing facilities. Other responsibilities include the development of commercial products from the by-products of the production facility and improvements on the original process. He will also work closely with the patent attorney in obtaining patents in all work related to the projects.

Bryce Hodgden is a well-known attorney located in Woodward, Oklahoma. He has extensive background in business negotiations and contracting. Mr. Hodgden will be responsible for all legal matters.

Jerry Frech, is a certified public accountant who has an extensive background in executive financial management, business negotiations, and tax planning. Mr. Frech will serve as the Financial and Tax Manager and will be involved in all project negotiations.

Bill Bixler has an extensive background in executive management, business negotiations, acquisitions, and corporate management. He has several years' experience in the oil and gas industry and was a player in the acquisition team of WellTech Mid-Continent, Inc.
